1. Telephone Numbers

 

Activation Time: 24-72 hours

Process:

  1. Ordering and Payment: Once your order for a telephone number is placed and payment is completed, a new ticket is automatically opened in our system.

  2. Identity Verification (IDV): Due to strict guidelines and to prevent fraud, we require a successful Identity Verification (IDV) for all customers. You will receive a Stripe link via the support ticket to complete this process. We will use the name and address on your government-issued ID and your account to verify your identity.

  3. Trunk Creation: After your IDV is successfully verified, which can take up to 24-72 hours, we will provision your trunk.

  4. Number Provisioning: Your telephone number(s) will then be provisioned. You can either select a new number from our available pool or, if you have a specific preference, we can attempt to source it for you.


 

2. VPS (Virtual Private Servers)

 

Activation Time: Rapid to 24 hours

Process: Our VPS offerings are designed for both speed and customization.

  • Rapid Deployment: Most of our VPS instances are deployed rapidly, especially in our primary data centers where resources are readily available.

  • Custom OS Configuration: For specific operating systems or complex configurations, deployment may take longer. Please respond to the open ticket or create a new one to inform us of your requirements. This allows our team to ensure the OS is configured correctly for your needs.

Important Notes:

  • rDNS (Reverse DNS): rDNS configuration is available and location-dependent. Please open a ticket to request rDNS for your server's IP address.

  • Port 25 (SMTP): For security and to prevent spam, Port 25 is blocked by default on all VPS instances. If you require this port for legitimate email services, please open a support ticket to request its unblocking.

2.1. Add-ons

We are continuously expanding our service offerings. We will soon be introducing a range of add-ons for our VPS, including:

  • Backup Services: Automated and on-demand backup solutions to protect your data.

  • Additional IPs: The ability to add more IP addresses to your VPS instance.

Deployment times for these add-ons may vary, but our team works diligently to provision them as quickly as possible.

2.2. Managed Services

All of our VPS products are unmanaged by default. This means you are responsible for the management, security, and maintenance of your server's software and applications.

  • Optional Managed Service: For a small fee of $5/month, you can request your VPS to be managed by our expert team.

  • Scope of Management: Our managed service obligations are limited to the core functionality and uptime of the VPS platform itself. We do not provide assistance with server-side applications, code, or specific configurations unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.


 

3. Dedicated Servers

 

Activation Time: 24-72 hours

Process: Our dedicated servers are our newest and most powerful offerings, located in various data centers to provide global coverage.

  • Availability: Due to the custom nature and diverse locations of these servers, provisioning can take longer than a standard VPS. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your dedicated hardware.

  • Configuration: Once you have placed your order, please reply to the automatically generated ticket or create a new one with your specific configuration requirements (OS, RAID setup, etc.).

4. Colocation

 

Activation Time: Up to a few weeks for final activation and confirmation.

Process: For clients with their own hardware, we offer secure colocation services in our state-of-the-art facilities.

  • Custom Services: The base price listed is an entry point per location. The final price may vary based on your specific requirements, such as rack space, power consumption, and bandwidth needs.

  • Configuration and Logistics: After placing your order, please open a support ticket to discuss the logistics of your hardware shipment, rack placement, and final configuration. We will provide you with a mailing address and instructions on how to ship your server to us. This allows our service manager to securely install your server in the rack. We will communicate all updates we receive from our providers directly to you.
